Welcome to the November/December 2007 Edition...

    I am Charles Moncrieff, the creator of the Vegas Wine News website.  On behalf of Vegas Wine News, I want to welcome you to the website that provides a regular newsletter focusing on wine related subjects pertaining to the Las Vegas area, and occasional travel information pertaining to wine related destinations world-wide.  Beginning with this edition, the site has a new format, moving to a bimonthly publication as opposed to a monthly edition.  This change became necessary in order to have more time to research wine related topics, and to include more subject matter areas within each issue.  This edition includes a new feature, “Winery of the Month”, and Part II of an informative new travel article about a driving trip to the Sonoma Valley, one of the better known wine regions in the United States.  Use the Contents section to read a summary of this edition’s information.  You may navigate to any page of interest by using the links at the top of each page, or simply turning to the next article at the end of each page.  You may also reference any previous issues by using the “links” page.  Travel articles of interest in those issues included a two part article about Piedmont, Italy, in the June and July issues, southern Nevada’s only winery in the August edition, and the Finger Lakes wine  region of New York in the September issue.  I  sincerely hope you enjoy this edition, and always appreciate any feedback regarding the site...
